Raine and Horne

85 This year we have crafted a new, strategic direction for Raine & Horne Rural which aims to reaffirm our commitment to serving the rural property market across Australia. With a significant presence in major regional hubs throughout Australia, we are well-positioned to cater to rural property needs. This move can be seen as a return to our roots, as our group has long served significant regional and rural markets nationwide. These Rural roots began when Executive Chairman Angus Raine’s great-great-grandfather, Tom Raine, and his business partner, Joseph Horne, started with a primary focus on the management of rural estates for affluent colonial families, including the esteemed Coopers and Wentworths. To facilitate this strategy, we have revamped the dedicated rural website where Back to our Roots interested buyers can explore the extensive range of rural properties available, read the latest rural market updates, news and so much more. Additionally, our presence in rural-specific publications such as The Land is growing, and we encourage offices and agents to utilise this method for advertising where possible. If you’re out and about in your local communities, be sure to represent the Raine & Horne Rural brand by wearing one of our very own Rural ‘trucker caps’. We are immensely excited about the way forward for Raine & Horne Rural and the opportunities it presents for our network. We aim to demonstrate to rural communities across Australia that Raine & Horne is serious about rural real estate and have the skills backed with the experience to match. By enhancing our collateral and support, we aim to entice more professionals to join us and expand their rural offerings, capitalising from our national market presence. Keep an eye out in 2024 for more exciting announcements and we look forward to supporting our regional and rural offices’ growth while providing exceptional services to clients in the rural real estate market.
