99 PrintForce Integration In September 2023, we announced a new CompassPlus integration with PrintForce - CampaignPlus & MediaPlus, allowing our offices direct access to all corporate approved PrintForce marketing templates (including quarterly brand campaigns) through the CompassPlus menu, as well as three dynamic options for accessing Campaign Manager, to improve the efficiency of our network’s workflows. Electronic Table for Residential Offices In April 2023, we revamped our Electronic Table (eTable), offering a fresh, contemporary design that enhances user experience. This updated eTable makes it more straightforward for buyers and tenants to access property details. It eliminates the necessity for physical documents, allowing prospective clients who inquire about your properties or visit your open homes to easily obtain information. The eTable is equipped with a feature to share a URL, enabling clients to download selected documents at their convenience. Stand-Out Developments • New ‘Event Based’ Trigger - upon any property status change, you can automate a DesignPlus email of your choice to be sent to your contacts. E.g, when a property’s status changes from appraisal to listing, send a ‘Thank you for listing’ DesignPlus template to the owner automatically. • New ‘Event Based’ Trigger - when a buyer/tenant enquiry comes through to the holding area, you can now automate email alerts showcasing properties that suit their requirements. This may eliminate the need for third-party email providers, such as ActivePipe. • Office365 Integration can now pull documents into the filing cabinet from your OneDrive. • If you are a ‘multi-office’ user, you can use the Activity Report to see the performance of all your offices and individual teams. • Overall improvement made to VaultRE’s user experience (UX) • For offices that use REA’s Ignite subscription, the appraisal leads will come into the holding area (Aus only).
