What is a Brand Refresh? A Brand Refresh is the strategic enhancement or refinement of a brand’s identity and perception in the marketplace. On average, businesses refresh their brand every 5 – 7 years. Why is perception in the marketplace so important? It has been shown that customers most often choose a product or service based on perceived value. With a refined appearance, our perceived value as a brand is higher, allowing us to attract better clients & property, attract new talent, and more. When was our brand updated last? Our brand’s look and feel were last updated in 2017, with only minor changes since. We believe now is the time to make an impactful refinement which will enable greater growth for our network’s future. Why a Brand Refresh and why now?
