100 International Communicator 2025 Call Lists eTable Tracking Enhancements Call Lists were piloted by several Raine & Horne offices throughout 2025 and received strong engagement from participating offices. Call Lists in CompassPlus allow agents to organise and prioritise outreach to contacts based on specific criteria, including birthdays, settlement anniversaries, or any custom filters created through Filter Contacts. The feature is fully integrated with the C+ App, enabling agents to prospect both in the office and on the go. Call Lists also integrate directly with the Pipeline, allowing Hot, Warm, and Cold prospects to be moved into a simple, easy to use calling interface. Due to its popularity during the pilot phase, Call Lists are scheduled for release to all Raine & Horne offices in early 2026. The eTable continues to be a highly valued feature across the network. This year, link tracking was introduced to provide greater visibility into client engagement. Each time an eTable is sent to a contact, the system now generates a unique URL. This allows agents to see exactly who has viewed their eTable and what documents have been accessed or downloaded. This engagement data can be used to identify highly interested contacts, prompt followup conversations, and demonstrate buyer activity to vendors. View statistics are also included in the Owner Feedback report, making it easy to share engagement insights directly with vendors.
