101 MRI Labs User Voice MRI, the team behind CompassPlus & CommercialPlus, introduced MRI Labs in 2025, giving offices early access to experimental CompassPlus features and a direct channel to provide feedback to MRI Vault. Through MRI Labs, offices were able to trial a range of new capabilities, including AI-powered contact summaries, automated responses to property enquiries, advanced process controls to support key workflow steps, secure document sharing with clients, and an enhanced search experience that allows recent and frequently used searches to be saved. MRI Labs can be enabled via Settings > MRI Labs. User Voice was launched this year, giving our network a dedicated channel to influence the future direction of CompassPlus. The forum provides a central place for offices to suggest new features, highlight areas for improvement, and vote on ideas raised by other users and the CompassPlus team. Voting helps prioritise enhancements that will deliver the greatest benefit across the network, ensuring development remains focused on what matters most to our users.
