113 Learning & Development Sales Coaching & Mentoring As part of the Align & Accelerate business plan, Raine & Horne will launch a focused coaching and mentoring program in 2026, Accelerate+, to support stronger, more consistent agent performance across the network. Developed in response to feedback from principals, the program is designed to support agent retention and growth by strengthening capability across prospecting, appraisals, listings, sales, and GCI, while reinforcing data-led behaviours and product adoption. To lead the program, Nadine Lannelli was appointed as Network Engagement Coach & Mentor at the end of 2025. Nadine brings deep experience across real estate and performance coaching, including more than a decade working directly with Raine & Horne agents. The first half of 2026 will serve as a pilot phase, with coaching delivered face to face where practical and supported by online sessions for regional participants.
