114 International Communicator 2025 Introducing: Activity Leaderboards Activity Leaderboards were introduced in 2025 to support sustainable growth by encouraging consistent, high-quality activity across the Raine & Horne network. By tracking outbound prospecting calls, appraisals, and listings within CompassPlus and CommercialPlus, the leaderboards provide greater visibility of the activity that drives results, while recognising the agents and offices leading the way. Since launch, there has been a noticeable uplift in recorded prospecting activity, flowing through to increased appraisals and listings. This momentum reflects strong engagement from the network and reinforces the link between consistent activity and performance outcomes. The initiative has been supported through dedicated learning resources within Knowledge Hub, ongoing recognition of top performers, and network wide training webinars and tutorials, ensuring agents and offices have the tools and support to participate effectively.
