My priority has been to listen to our principals, sales teams, and corporate staff and use that feedback to shape a clear and unified direction for the next phase of our journey. Following extensive consultation, we have developed and begun implementing a new five-year corporate strategy, “Align & Accelerate.” The foundations of Align & Accelerate Our mission is simple: “To accelerate the success of every Raine & Horne office and client.” Our vision is ambitious: “To be the industry leader in scale, strategy, and success – expanding our network, innovating through technology and data, and empowering our people to rank among the top performers in every market consistently.” The Raine & Horne values of collaboration, knowledge, innovation, integrity, reliability, and professionalism remain unchanged. In this next chapter, we are sharpening our focus on living these values daily through purposeful action. They are the heartbeat of Align & Accelerate and will continue to guide how we work, collaborate, and deliver success across our network. Big bold goals As part of the Align & Accelerate strategy, we’ve set bold goals, including expanding our network with more offices and agents by 2030. This ambition reflects our belief that, together, we can achieve extraordinary outcomes, but only if every element of the plan aligns and each of us plays our part in living our values. Align & Accelerate recognises that growth will come not only from our largest residential markets but also from our high-potential business segments, Rural, Commercial, Property Management and Our Broker.
