Key Align & Accelerate underway Across the business, we are already taking tangible steps to recognise excellence, drive engagement, and enhance performance. New Align & Accelerate initiatives include the introduction of performance leaderboards and the launch of Sky’s the Limit, our incentive program culminating in a ground-breaking trip to Singapore for our top sales performers. These initiatives inspire collaboration and strengthen the unity that drives our brand forward. Technology and innovation remain central to our success. We are advancing our AI roadmap to deliver deeper insights and automation, and our IT transformation is creating smarter, faster systems that empower better decision-making. Our Network Growth, Performance, and Engagement teams are also key to driving expansion, supporting offices to increase productivity, and embedding technology directly into day-to-day operations. We have also launched We Said It Best, our national marketing campaign for 2026, marking the permanent return of the iconic We’ll Look After You tagline as the organising principle of our 142-year-old brand and our 350plus office network. The decision followed months of consultation and hundreds of conversations across our national network, reinforcing the enduring importance of trust and human connection in real estate. As part of our 2026 Summer campaign, we have revisited our advertising archive and reprised our classic television ads from the 1980s and early 2000s across VOD, YouTube, and social media. Throughout 2025, we’ve laid a solid foundation for the next five years by aligning our people, technology, and strategy.
