WELCOME
Welcome to our first report of 2016. We take this opportunity to look back at what
has certainly been a successful 12 months in our real estate market.
Across New South Wales, 2015 saw an industry boom. Now, however, the soar
has slowed down and growth continues at a much steadier rate. Median dwelling
prices are increasing slightly, whilst selling conditions for vendors remain quite
strong. Unfortunately for tenants, rent prices are increasing drastically. While on the
other hand, investors should be on the lookout for new properties available as many
constructions close to the CBD are underway. It is safe to say it has been a busy
time for real estate!
We know that entering the New Year always brings exciting opportunities, especially
if your resolution for the year is to find a new property! If you are considering making
a move, take the chance to prepare your property: have a good clean out, make any
attention grabbing alterations, and ensure everything is looking exquisite for open
