This report examines in detail two micro suburbs within the city. These suburbs reflect just a fraction of the
expanding choice on offer to those that wish to make the city their home.
Throughout my twenty year real estate career my philosophy is simple; to provide as much factual information
as possible so that everyone can make well informed decisions.
