Paddock Map Pastures Of the total 128 hectares (316ac), the 86 acres between river and road comprise kikuyu, paspalum and clover. This area of the property also includes almost 40 acres of fertile river flats previously sown to rye grass and oats. Last Spring (2020) these paddocks had a total of 105 tonnes of lime spread between the road and the river. Additionally, 8 tonnes of SSP/MOP fertiliser were also spread in this section at the same time. The slopes and hill (93 hectares approx.) comprise kikuyu and native grasses. Mulching and weed spraying are conducted as required as part of the normal maintenance program.
