Welcome to our first report of 2016! We take this opportunity to look back at what has

certainly been a successful 12 months in our real estate market.

Across New South Wales, 2015 saw an industry boom, as an agent I have sold the most

amount of property in Cromer for the year of 2015. I’m excited to also say that I achieved

the highest ever sale price for a residential home in the suburb; 36 Wabash Avenue,

Cromer which sold for $1,875,000. I witnessed this exciting growth that pushed prices up,

which is still on going, with selling property to local and in most our cases to out of area

buyers seeing value in Cromer. However, this has now slowed down and the aggression

in the market has seemed to disappear.With this being said I do believe this gives more

buyers the opportunity to consider the move to the Cromer area which will result in the

much steadier growth rate for 2016. It is safe to say it has been a busy time for real estate!

We know that New Year always brings exciting opportunities, especially if your resolution
