We are about to exchange on the last remaining apartment in the boutique ‘155 Middle Head’
development in Mosman village, where six out of eight buyers were downsizers from Balmoral, Mosman
and the Upper North Shore.
Demand for good quality village apartments is very high, resulting in strong sale prices and significant
capital gains for their owners.
Among our sales this year was a magnificent four bedroom apartment on Military Road in Mosman
village that sold for $3.5M in June, delivering a 31% capital gain to our clients who purchased it off-the-
plan in 2012.
The owners of a modern three bedroom apartment on Middle Head Road made a 41% profit in just 21
months after we sold their property for $1.48M in May.
We also sold a two bedroom luxury apartment in Almora Street, Balmoral for $1.925M in April, giving our
clients a 33% capital gain in just six years.
