The Kensington and Kingsford market has proven itself year in, year out as one of the
most resilient property markets, regardless of cyclical market conditions.

representation from asian buyers.They have identified Kensington and Kingsford as the
two stand out suburbs which are categorized as ‘Sphere 1’ location. Sphere 1 simply
means the suburbs that are within walking distance to the unsw and an array of local
amenities including express CBD transport via Anzac Parade and the South East Light
Rail which is due for completion in 2018.
Kensington and Kingsford property values are also rising due to a high demand for
the area from local buyers and a vast undersupply to meet the demand. another
contributing factor is an increasing engagement from overseas buyers.
