May 2024 FREOGRAPHIC NEWS 2 A big thanks to Stuart who has organised a few social events recently, with our walk around Kings Park last week attracting over a dozen members. Some great images are expected for the November Set Subject competition on Wildflowers. The next social catch-up will be an evening gettogether at the Local Hotel in Fremantle, on Sunday the 24th at 5.00pm. See you all there. Again big thanks to Marlene on organising our recent Education night presentations so far this year, with Seng Mah, Paul Harrison, and this month Susi Nodding presenting their work .. its quite amazing the talent we have so close to home in WA. Finally, thanks to everyone that’s chipping in and ensuring our evenings are well organised with preparation of chairs and competition sheets and Print hanging etc, it makes such a difference when we have as many helpers as possible, so don’t hesitate to join in and offer a hand when needed. With that in mind, our AGM is coming up in November, and we are looking for a few new members to join the committee and add a bit of added flavour to the team. Its not a very onerous task, but does make quite a difference to be involved …so let me know if you would like more information.
