1. What’s your tenancy agreement preparation fee?

$33.00

2. Do I pay for monthly rent and outgoings statements?

No, these are provided at no cost if emailed

3. What are your leasing fees?

LJ Hooker Mascot receives 1 week as the initial letting fee

4. Do you provide a financial year statement for my accountant?

Yes, if required available at $55.00

5. Do you provide professional property photography?

Yes, available for $99.00 (reimbursed to you if you are on a 12 month agreement)

6. How much do you charge for advertising?

LJ Hooker Mascot no longer charges new customers advertising

7. Do you charge extra to pay my water, council, strata and insurance bills?

No extra charges apply

8. Inspections & reporting?

We conduct the first inspection after 3 months, then every 6 months thereafter.

If you would like more more than 2 inspections per year (maximum of 4 are permitted

annually) an additional change applies

9. How long will it be before I find the right tenants?

Once we establish the correct rental and get quality images, allow an average of 2/3 weeks

10. Does LJ Hooker do open house inspections?

Yes, given the opportunity every weekend and often on weekdays where possible

11. Does LJ Hooker place my property on all websites?

Yes, LJ Hooker subscribes to every major website available, including many free subsidiary sites

12. Does LJ Hooker provide me with constant feedback?

Yes, especially at critical times of initial leasing, rent reviews and end of lease renewals

13. Does LJ Hooker demand 3 points of ID from prospective tenants?

Yes, this is standard, we also ask for tenancy ledgers, bank statements and a confirmation

letter from the employer
