Youth Panel Caitlin Black headpsace YRG Bachelor of Social Science Student Charles Sturt University Kay Connor University of Sydney Caitlin Black is an active member of Headspace’s Youth Reference Group in Port Macquarie where she strives to advocate for young people whilst speaking about her current and past experiences living with mental illness and disabilities. Caitlin is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology at Charles Sturt University and is hoping to change policy around access to mental health services and the schooling system. Kay Connor is a Peer Facilitator for the Health Hive at the University of Sydney, where they are helping codesign an accessible course that equips young people with skills in research and advocacy. They are currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. They aim to use these skills to promote equity and empower young people to make change in their communities.
