2 Why periodic health checks are important Throughout the decades as you age, your health needs will evolve and change. The check-ups you need to get, and the preventative measures you should take to support your health and wellbeing will vary depending on your life decade. We know that good physical and mental health is essential to ensuring your safety, that of your colleagues, and the community.
