Where to now? When Peter Draper’s son left Pacific Hills, he went to the New Zealand School of Dancing then spent a year in Israel learning to dance with the world-famous Israeli dance company. He now lives in Melbourne teaching dance, enjoying his career in dancing. This family and others are grateful for the opportunities that have arisen out of utilising OneMaker Academy. OneMaker Academy is now looking to give more students similar opportunities, by opening more OMA’s in the other schools in our Group. It is exciting to know that more schools, including our Indigenous school, will be able to tap into OMA resources and give the students opportunities to take their creative and visual arts and make them into careers, with 1 Peter 4:10 as their mission. Our Coast and Valley schools are looking at these possibilities and excited about the future. So what is the big picture? Yes, all good gifts can be used by the Spirit of God to bring glory to God. Yes, we are all made in God’s image and when we share our gifts, we help others, which brings glory to God. And to all our families? Thank you for trusting us with your children, for partnering with us in the development of their gifts and skills. We want to be a very valuable resource to you for your children and we look excitedly to the future for each one.
