Sculpture on the Farm

6 As Mayor of one of Australia’s most picturesque rural shires, I am delighted to welcome you to Sculpture on the Farm 2025. This premier national sculpture exhibition is being held for the first time on the magnificent Dungog Common. The Dungog Shire Council is proud to support Sculpture on the Farm Inc. as a Visionary Sponsor, contributing not only to the Local Dungog Shire Artist Prize but also providing vital financial assistance for the transportation of sculptures from across the country, professional photography of the exhibition, and the operation of a shuttle bus—ensuring visitors can fully experience the breathtaking views from the summit of the Dungog Common. This year’s exhibition showcases extraordinary works by talented Australian sculptors from across the country, including as far afield as Western Australia. Welcome from the Mayor of Dungog Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Dungog Common, with sweeping views towards the Barrington Tops, the sculptures promise to inspire and captivate. While visiting, I encourage you to take time to enjoy the charm and character of Dungog township and explore the wider shire. Our villages—Gresford, Vacy, Paterson, and Clarence Town—each offer their own unique atmosphere and hospitality. Along the way, you’ll encounter some of the most scenic farmland in New South Wales.
