06 Souvlaki GR Franchise Pty Ltd The Souvlaki GR concept was Founded by the Karagiozis Family's goal of combining local Australian produce with traditional Greek street cuisine. Sam worked his way through various hospitality business from the age of 15, eventually founding Souvlaki GR with the support of his late father Anastasios, in early 2016. Today, Souvlaki GR pays homage to its beginnings by focusing on providing the best quality gyros on charcoal in Australia and supporting franchisees to follow in their footsteps by creating their own successful businesses. The Souvlaki GR difference is that every member of our team, from kitchen hands to Franchisee's, knows and understands the local origins of the ingredients that go into creating the food that we prepare. By sourcing local produce, we ensure our food tastes great, and we support local producers and businesses.
