The Central Coast

Industrial Areas Across the region there are fourteen areas have been identified as strategic employment (industrial) areas. They are: Northern Growth Corridor • Tuggerah Business Park, • Berkeley Vale, • North Wyong, • Tuggerah, • Charmhaven, • Wyong Employment Zone - (360 ha) of which Warnervale Industrial Park is already being developed. • Bushells Ridge (630 ha), (adjacent to the Wyong Employment Zone is a much larger area which has been identified for development, however, it is heavily constrained by threatened species issues. Southern Growth Corridor • Somersby, • West Gosford, • Lisarow, • North Gosford, • Erina There are five major industrial areas: • Tuggerah Business Park. • Berkeley Vale • Somersby, and • North Wyong (including Golflinks Commercial Campus, Wyong Business Park and Pacific Industrial Estate), and • Warnervale Minor industrial areas are located throughout the region providing a wide range of support services to business and consumer. WYONG EMPLOYMENT ZONE (WEZ) The Wyong Employment Zone comprises the existing Warnervale Business Park (see later) and Warnervale Airport on the eastern side of the M1 Pacific Motorway plus Precincts 11 and 13 to the north which are presently appropriately zoned but undeveloped as well as Precinct 14 on the western side of the M1 and covers an area of 744 hectares.
