I provide leadership to our Home Care Coordinators/Nurses, Community Care Workers and Domestic Assistance Workers. I also work closely with other organisations to ensure continuity of care to our clients. What drew you to this role and how did you get started in this field: I have always loved looking after people and going the extra mile and it is a privilege to support individuals and families during vulnerable times. I strive to promote health and well-being, and to empower people to take charge of their own care. I’m inspired by the strength and resilience of those I meet, and every day, I learn as much from them as they do from me. For me, nursing is not just a career—it’s a vocation rooted in compassion, service, and the belief that every individual deserves care, dignity, and respect, regardless of their circumstances. I absolutely love working at West Coast Home Care and I feel privileged to be apart of a wonderful, caring, and compassionate organisation. What is your favourite part of your job: My favourite part about my job is advocating for our clients and working with our amazing team. What are 3 fun facts about you: 1. I can sing. 2. I love going fishing – I am pretty good at catching whiting and flathead. 3. I have bent little fingers – so do my children! 3
