With 19 years of being a chef, running a successful café on the NSW Mid North Coast now farming his own food, Todd has an extensive appreciation and knowledge of both sides of food and it’s production. Chef 2 Farmer at Little Eden is a pasture-based farm located in Ballengarra, north west of Port Macquarie. They farm with a passion for regenerative agriculture and respect of all their animals allowing them to exhibit natural behaviours. “Our produce reflects the natural systems and is a nutrient dense, chemical free product.” Todd says “We need to go back and mimic Mother Nature to Regenerative Agriculture OF FARMING I S The Next Generation We have seen the evolving progress of farming food over time.
