THREE WEEKS POST OPERATIVELY You will be seen by your surgeon, the Dietitian and the Practice Nurse The following will be discussed: • Your medical progress • F luid adequacy • N utrition adequacy • M ultivitamin supplementation • D iet progress THREE MONTHS You will be seen by your surgeon, the dietitian and the practice nurse The following will be discussed: • Diet progress and tolerance • F luid adequacy • N utrition adequacy • M ultivitamin supplementation SIX MONTHS AND NINE MONTHS You will be seen by the dietitian and the practice nurse • We will review your blood test results The following will be discussed: • Your medical progress • Healthy long term meal plan • F luid adequacy • Vitamin and mineral supplementation YEARLY FROM THE TIME OF SURGERY You will be seen by your surgeon, the dietitian and the practice nurse Full review If you are not able to come back for yearly follow up – please see your GP and ask them for a full medical and nutritional blood screening.
