Built by Marine Structures, the marina and its facilities have been designed in accordance with the Platinum 5 Gold Anchor criteria with a view to ultimately attaining the coveted accreditation. Marina operations are led by Marina Manager Hugo Littlejohn, supported by Concierge Operations Manager Karla Tonkin, whose team coordinates berth holder services including vessel arrivals and departures, provisioning, maintenance and detailing, and private transport. At the centre of the development is The Mantaray Club, a twostorey floating waterfront dining and hospitality venue open to the public, with priority access for residents and berth holders. An operator announcement for the venue is expected shortly. A separate Captain's Lounge will give visiting crews a place to rest between voyages. The broader precinct includes a resort pool, wellness facilities, and dining and retail tenancies, alongside the marina's residential component.
