Target Card 17 INGREDIENTS 375g milk chocolate, br oken into pieces 45g b utter, chopped 1/2 cup/125ml thickened double cream 200g nougat, chopped 100g almonds, toasted & chopped METHOD Place chocolate, butter and cream in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water and heat, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add nougat and almonds and mix well to combine. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 18x28cm shallow cake tin. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Using a heart-shaped cutter, cut out hearts from set mixture. Note: Dip cutter into warm water and dry on a clean towel between each cut to achieve evenly straight edges. Place lobster tails shell-side down and cook until shell turns red. Spread with more butter and turn meat-side down and cook for 5-8 minutes or meat turns white. Turn again and cook 2 minutes more shell-side down. Remove skewers and place on warm plates.
