13 If the perceived level of threat is assessed as credible, the Chief Warden may direct that a search of the premises be warranted. The building should be divided into areas and each area assigned to personnel who are familiar with the area. Upon being assigned a roomor area, personnel shouldmake a survey of the area, noting what objects normally occupy the area. Those who are familiar with an area are the most likely to see something out of place.
