8 GENERAL OCCUPANT SUMMARY PROCEDURE YOUR ASSEMBLY AREA IS: Conduct a search of your workspace to ascertain if you are in immediate danger If an emergency is identied local to you, call 000 and advise Emergency Services Identify a Warden in your local area and advise themof the emergency situation If Wardens are absent, assume control of your evacuation Prepare yourself for evacuation - shut down computers, secure cash, secure data and other sensitive materials, take personal items, small items only (keys, wallet, phone) Follow instructions fromWardens If instructed (or if immediate danger warrants), commence an immediate evacuation of your area. Evacuate from your area, moving quickly and calmly to the Fire Stairs/Exit or Nominated InternalAssembly Point DO NOT gather personal items once the Evacuation Tone/Order has been given Follow direction/s from Wardens. Evacuate via the safest route.
