Last issue we spoke about our decision to partner with the PropTech Group to use VaultRE, the leading CRM tool, in Australia and New Zealand. Excitingly by the time you read this we will have begun our first of three Australian pilots. The New Zealand pilots will commence before the end of the calendar year. Over the past fewmonths, the project teamhas been working closely with PropTech Group to configure a product that drives efficiency and productivity in a uniquely Harcourts way. We are committed to providing our group with not only world class resources and tools, but the level of Harcourts support that ensures our teamare themost successful. The Harcourts VaultRE product will be industry leading with customisable innovations, unlimited automations and the opportunity tomake measurable reductions in data duplication, technology stacks and costs. As part of this project, we are doing everything in our power tomake thesemigrations as simple and effortless as possible for the network. As part of our commitment to ensuring you have the receive the finest experience in real estate, we are taking a phased pilot approach in the project. The first pilot is underway now. Over the next fewweeks, we will be taking learnings and developing them into a specialised Harcourts support model which will be finetuned throughout the pilot period. Testing of themodel and product will continue with an additional two pilots in Australia, of different sized and geographically based offices before delivering the first New Zealand pilot before year end. The pilot approach we are taking in this project ensures we get the right pieces in place for you and your office tomigrate seamlessly. That is exciting and reassuring!
