Harcourts Inside

19 INSIDE Harcourts Nandar Gunawan CEO, Harcourts Indonesia nandar@harcourts.co.id We have been hoping that the pandemic conditionwill improve soon Unfortunately, Indonesia is coping with the newwave of infection and the lock down persisted till today. The condition is serious, resulting in tens of thousands of cases and over a thousand casualties on a daily basis. Harcourts is no exception, many experiencedwith infections and unfortunately some casualties too. Many clients limit their activities including on the property issue. We have not visited offices since last year due to the pandemic. However, the connection remains consistent through online weekly workshops, monthly sales training and sharing with an average attendance of more than thirty people. Our tech support is actively promoting the use of social media including the use of QR code which are well received. More cooperation and sharing for listings and knowledge among offices as part of the one teamculture. Thank you to both Steve and Andrew who organized an international workshop for both sales consultants and business owners. It is very beneficial to learn howothers coped with the challenges. It was a great experience for being part of a global organization. The pandemic strengthened our bond together that we communicated and sharedmuchmore than before. We understand the Harcourts value better and help to discover our WHY that will keep us resilient during this challenging period. It is very encouraging to see productivity continue to improve, and Bali is leading the way despite very limited international arrival. The Mid Year Awards are coming in August, andwe all look forward to celebrating and recognizing all achievements as part of The Harcourts Way". INDONESIA UPDATE INPLACE INDONESIA
