18 INSIDE Harcourts Inventory levels continue being at a record low in North Americamaking this a continual seller’smarket. We had a record-breakingmonth of June; the biggest month yet for Harcourts North America. With regards to auctions, Harcourts North America sold the oldest home in Laguna Beach, built in 1883! In July, we had the Harcourts International Awards and the Harcourts North America Quarter 2 Awards where we had several of our Harcourts North America sales consultants place in the top 100 internationally. These awardwinners winners included #2 - BobWolff (Harcourts Prime Properties Monarch Beach), #28 - Justin Green and ChadWidtfeldt (Harcourts Prime Properties Monarch Beach), #32 Shelley Griffin (Harcourts The Garner Group), #35 - Jennifer Maben - (Harcourts Real Estate Network Group), #43 - WestleyWilliams (Harcourts Prime Properties Newport Beach), #45 - Alex Duk and Deanna D’Egidio (Harcourts Beverly Hills), and #83 - Dave Buck (Harcourts Island Real Estate).
