8 INSIDE Harcourts Sam Hatzistamatis Property Management Operations Manager, Harcourts Victoria Samcomes with over 20 years’ experience in Property Management covering every facet of the industry. He has set up a Property Management Department fromscratch, run boutique and large scale portfolios and teams, as well as having sold and bought rent rolls. He brings this experience and a problem-solving can-do approach to the the Harcourts Victoria network in his role as Property Management Operations Manager. Outside of the work day you’ll often find Samout walking with his two greyhounds, Big Fella & Scoop, cheering his Mighty Tigers or enjoying our wonderful city and all it has to offer. Luke Giacca Assistant Accountant, Harcourts Australia As Assistant Accountant, Luke is responsible for the finance across various Harcourts functions working on bank reconciliations, balance sheets and accounts receivable for Harcourts Australia and Harcourts International. Luke previously workedwith the jewellery company, ‘Secrets Shhh’ and is studying towards further accounting qualifications. Alyssa Fahey Graphic Designer, Harcourts International Alyssa has been a graphic designer for five years working across several industries including construction, politics, manufacturing, beauty and technology before join Harcourts in real estate! She particular enjoys working on branding involving print assets like brochures, booklets, magazines, billboards andmore. As a self declared perfectionist Alyssa prides herself on producing high quality design assets for our network. Alyssa is currently developing various assets for VaultRE, RealHub and the Harcourts Hub to name a few. She is also responsible for email marketing, event collateral, recruitment and corporate booklets, brand management andmuchmore! Kate Venardos Student Experience Specialist, Harcourts Australia Kate Venardo joined the Harcourts teamas Student Experience Specialist for the Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre. Having previously worked at News Corp for over eight years, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge in both sales support and customer service. As the key point of contact for students, Kate is is responsible for ensuring each student has an expectational experience. A big fan of travelling when she can, Kate also loves new experiences binging tv shows and snacking on Nutella! Ann Lifshen Corporate Support, Harcourts Tasmania Ann has joined the corporate team in Tasmania and lends her support to the teamwithmarketing and training administration. Originally fromWestern Australia, andmarried to a Canadian, Ann and her family have lived and travelled all over the world before choosing Tasmania as their forever home. In her spare time Ann enjoys entertaining friends and staying by the beachwith her family and two dogs. Hannah Katz Administration Support, Harcourts Victoria Hannah startedwith Harcourts in Tasmania and after a number of years in sales, she decided tomove to Melbourne to complete a full timemasters degree at the University of Melbourne.
