Prior to joining Harcourts, Liamwas a Graphic Designer for established brands such as NewWorld, Pak ‘n’ Save and Four Square at Foodstuffs NZ beforemoving on to Aurecon. In his spare time, Liam is an avid practitioner of Taekwon Do and plays the drums in an alternative rock band. Shannon Hamilton Receptionist, Harcourts New Zealand For the past seven years, Shannon has worked in Office Management and Administration, applying her strong organisational and interpersonal skills to a wide variety of industries including aviation, childcare and automotive. She has a passion for helping people and loves tomake themsmile! Shannon is a keen traveller and hiker, enjoys going out for brunch and spending time with family and friends. Shane Cortese Group Auctioneer/Assistant Regional Manager, Harcourts New Zealand Shane joins the Harcourts Corporate teamas Group Auctioneer/Assistant Regional Manager for the Northern region, driving performance and auction excellence for the group. An experienced auctioneer, Shane previously led the auction teamat Harcourts Cooper and Co before spending some time as an independent auctioneer. Being a dedicated full-time auctioneer, Shane has a wide and in-depth knowledge of the auction process, with a very clear, calm, precise negotiationmanner and the ability tomake both sellers and buyers feel relaxed and confident tomakemajor decisions. Jessica Calvert Property Management Operations Manager, Harcourts QLD & NSW Jess has beenworking in the real estate industry for more than nine years, and has dedicated her entire career to Property Management. Having previously workedwith Queensland’s largest independent real estate company, Jess has joined Harcourts as the Property Management Operations Manager for New SouthWales &Queensland. She is passionate about providing the highest calibre of coaching, support and training to ensure that our network continues to grow, improve, deliver world class service andmaintain clients for life. Steffen Winter Business Operations Manager, New South Wales Steffen has a background in providing high level training and support to real estate networks. Steffen joined Harcourts as our Business Operations Manager for NSW& ACT and looks after our onboarding and the training/rollouts for our new technology offers. Steffen is currently studying a Bachelor of Business, with a focus on Organization Psychology, which ties into his passion of working with teams or individual employees to devise strategies tomotivate, develop, change and inspire. Phil Ouslinis Franchise Development Manager, Harcourts South Australia Phil has a diverse backgroundwithin the real estate industry working withmultiple offices in sales, leasing, trust accounting, administration, andmanagement. Phil brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the teamat Harcourts SA. Phil's role is to growmarket share withinmetropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia as the Franchise Development Manager. The position involves scouting for new locations to spread the Harcourts brand, but also scouting for new employees whomatch the Harcourts values.
