This one-day workshop, guided staff through how to evolve their business and provide them with the Raine & Horne tools they will need to achieve success in their roles and reach their desired goals. Induction Agency, Profit & Growth is a 2-day intensive workshop designed to assist in the development of emerging and established Principals within our Raine & Horne network. During a thought-provoking program held at Raine & Horne Corporate, participants were able to enhance their own understanding of leadership, business planning & strategy and engage in powerful, shared learning experiences. Aaron shared his expertise with our team members and helped them to understand the importance of hard work and dedication, along with tips, tricks and sales strategies for gaining business. He also provided advice on how to stay motivated and focused while striving for success. Our team members left feeling inspired and motivated to reach their peak performance.
