ACOP has strong relationships with industry bodies in the property industry and the training sector, which allows for consultation at an industry level, ensuring that their training programs are relevant and up-to-date. Australian College of Professionals Commercial team members gathered at our Corporate office this year for multiple insightful and jam-packed training sessions and workshops, ranging from sales masterclasses and auction coaching, to commercial valuation training. Chief Auctioneer & Director of Auctionworks, Jesse Davidson, taught members of the commercial network about how they can utilise online auctions to achieve great results for their clients and how to set realistic reserve prices. The session was a great opportunity for commercial members to learn from a highly experienced auctioneer. An informative workshop was also held to discuss commercial property valuation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This interactive session gave insights on the tools needed to navigate the commercial valuation space through valuable information, exercises and group discussions. Commercial Training Members of our network attended an exclusive training session at our Corporate office this year. Harry Rizk of Elite Sales Coaching provided sage communication insights and smart prospecting strategies to better identify opportunities and build client relationships. He stressed the importance of being proactive in sales communication and making the most of every opportunity.
