120 PM Training & Events Property Management Foundations (NSW, QLD, SA) These sessions were held across the country as a kick start to 2023 for Property Managers with 0-2 years of experience, and those looking for a refresher in the fundamentals of property management. They covered topics such as The Property Management Pillars, Minimising Disputes in Property Management, The Importance of Communication. This was followed by some nibbles and networking. BDM Bootcamp (NSW) The “Grow Your Rent Roll” BDM Bootcamp was held in NSW in November this year, run by PM industry coach and trianer, Vasili Hadzellis. Vas shared simple and effective strategies for our BDMs to implement to organically grow their rent roll. From providing tips and knwoledge on how to increase brand awareness, how to effectively develop relationships to win the business, and how to maximise the value of each property when signing up new managements, he even included a 100 day onboarding plan for our BDMs to take back to their offices and implement, to assist in driving future lead generations. NSW PM Trivia Showdown On Friday 21st July 2023, we held an online trivia event to celebrate the dedication and resilience of our Property Managers on National Property Manager’s Day. This event had four rounds with 40 questions testing our PMs’ industry knowledge, and importantly was a great networking opportunity and a chance to bring everyone together to have some fun. A big congratulations again to Brooke Gardiner from Raine & Horne Peninsula who was the winner of the Trivia challenge. National Property Managers Day Competition To continue to celebrate and show our support and appreciation for our Property Managers, in July we ran a video competition, where we asked our PMs to describe what they love most about their roles. The winning entry was submitted by Olivia Calver from Raine & Horne Helensburgh. We were so proud and impressed by her passion and commitment to her role and the community. Training & Development Face to Face - Mastering Property Management In September and October 2023, we ran training days in NSW, QLD and SA designed to equip our Property Managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. The interactive sessions presented by seasoned industry experts including Annie Harvey and Sarah Heuvel covered a range of key topics such as legislation changes, minimizing risk, bolstering resilience and how to manage and reduce burnout.
