94 The IT team have been hard at work overhauling our website to remain up-to-date with the latest liability requirements as well as performance enhancements. This extensive work includes re-energised technology platforms that will allow our sites to increase scalability and sustainability. Additionally, there has been an in-depth assessment of the latest User Experience (UX) trends and how we can make improvements to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. This includes a proposed new-look property section for when users are searching for properties to buy, rent and properties sold. This sleek new look engages the viewers and offers more information than before, including a new interactive map view, search functionality and updates to the layout of pertinent property details. Website Re-Development As part of these enhancements, several offices were chosen to trial these new updates and the feedback received has been enormously positive. The team has also worked to roll-out a website back end improvement project, in order to enhance the security, responsiveness and overall capability of the ‘rh’ and ‘rhc’ websites. This is the first stage in the process, predominantly updating back end coding, allowing for future developments and improvements, including upgrading the website look and feel in 2024.
