95 DigiKitPlus Tenant Information Guide In November 2023, we introduced the “Tenant Information Guide” - a comprehensive document designed to facilitate the onboarding process for new tenants. This guide, housed in DigikitPlus, is intended to be sent to tenants as soon as they sign a tenancy agreement, providing them with a one-stop-shop for all the information they need to settle into their new rental property, saving our Property Managers’ time whilst enhancing the tenant experience. How our offices are using DigiKitPlus Information Memorandums In 2022, we introduced DigiKitPlus Information Memorandums (IMs) to our network, with the goal of revolutionising the marketing of listings and captivating prospective buyers like never before. Since then, we have seen a number of offices implement IMs into their marketing strategy and customise their templates to be both comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing.
