KURE came from a pretty heavy chapter in our lives - definitely not a wellness bandwagon moment! 3 years ago my husband had spinal surgery and everything slowed down fast. Sauna and ice therapy became part of healing, starting in our own bathroom (with bags of ice from the local servo!) and it quickly became about more than the physical - it was the mental reset that really stuck. I was already running my own business in the mental health space, and it felt like it aligned with what I was doing - and with a spare patch of garden at our place, we decided to turn something that helped us, into something others could benefit from too. What can customers expect from a visit? People can expect space - physically, mentally, emotionally.
