Ray White Coastal Market Report

Talk us through the ‘vibe’ you’ve created at KURE It’s calm, private, and intentionally low-key. KURE is run from our family home, and we’re really upfront about that. While the space itself is private, calm, and thoughtfully designed, you might occasionally hear the soundtrack of real life! Kids, laughter, movement, and the general chaos that comes with being human. Most people actually love this part. It reminds them that KURE wasn’t built by a corporation or a glossy wellness concept. It was built by real people, for real people - especially those carrying more than they realise. Do you have any advice for first-time visitors or those hesitant to try hot/cold therapy? The first thing I always say is this: you don’t need to be brave, tough, or good at this. If you’re new - listen to your body. Short sauna sessions. A gentle cold dip. Plenty of breaks. The goal isn’t to endure the experience. The goal is to leave feeling better than when you arrived - calmer, clearer, and more regulated. My only warning is that you might love it so much, you’ll be hooked! Find out more For more information and to book, find Kure on Instagram @kureperth
