The rental market in 4101 is quickly approaching that busy time of year and our property managers
have already listed our January stock on the market so we can take full advantage of the rental
demand. Currently the gross rental yield for houses in 4101 sits at 3.4%, this is in line with many reports
which show that Brisbane yields have only slightly increased over the past 12 months.
The Brisbane yields have a 0.1% increase for the year so far and the rents have fallen 0.3% over the
year to date. Although the rents have remained steady over the past 12 months, due to the suburbs’
proximity to the city we can see that the capital growth of the suburb is performing superbly. This will
