PART A Our Dealings with you under the code A1 Who the Code applies to and how Who the Code applies to 1. The Code applies to you if, at the time we provide the Banking Service or information, you are: a) our customer or a prospective customer, and you are either: i. an individual, who is not treated as a Business under the Code; ii. a Small Business; or b) an individual who is a Guarantor, or a prospective Guarantor, of a customer or prospective customer referred to in subparagraph (a) above. The Code forms part of our Banking Services and guarantees 2. Our written Terms and Conditions for all Banking Services and guarantees to which the Code applies will include a statement to the effect that the relevant provisions of the Code apply to that Banking Service or guarantee. 3.
