BIANCA ADKINS In 2022 Bianca lost her husband of 12 years, Matt, to Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Bianca and her two beautiful children, Banjo and Frankie, stood by the motto “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade”, throughout the whole journey. They continue to live life to the fullest in honour of Matt’s legacy. Their enterprise, the ‘Lemonade Crew’ incorporates some pretty rad merch along with an inspirational children’s book written by Bianca on life lessons and resilience. It not only promotes awareness for MND but is an in-your-face reminder to live your best life even though sometimes things don’t always go as planned. 2025 Team
