The site will be rebranded ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay upon completion. The acquisition makes SUTL Enterprise the largest integrated marina owner and operator in Singapore, with a city marina at Keppel Bay providing 168 wet berths accommodating vessels up to 85 metres, set to complement an island marina – Platinum Gold Anchor and Superyacht Ready, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove providing 270 berths, including 32 superyacht berths. The marina will undergo phased upgrades, including enhanced clubhouse amenities, improved berthing infrastructure, and new lifestyle, wellness, and retail offerings.
