With nearly a decade of experience in
property management, Melisa is responsible
for building and growing our property
management portfolio, liaising with
investors, and overseeing the daily running
of the department to audit quality control,
compliance issues and generally ensure
that exceptional customer service is always
delivered.
Melisa believes that property management is
not taken seriously enough by some agencies,
often seen as the poorer cousin to sales; and
as a result, many agents do not provide their
landlords/tenants with appropriate levels of
service for the fees being charged.
“I’m delighted to be heading this team, and
want to assure all property investors that we
value the property management arm of the
business equally to sales, and our Principal
Robbie Neller, a third generation Peregian
local, and a property investor himself is

agency,” said Melisa.
Melisa is extremely interested in speaking
with any current property investors who want
to ensure that they are receiving the best
possible return on their investment & are
comfortable that their properties are being
cared for correctly.

Melisa will be working closely with Robbie
and the sales team to create a co-dependent
holistic approach to the property management
arm of the business, so that our investors will
have the confidence that they are dealing with
market leaders who intend to stay on top of
