BERRY SALAD
DESSERT
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
150 gms blueberries
250 gms strawberries
150 gms raspberries
3 passionfruit
50 gms palm sugar, grated
Vanilla ice cream to serve
METHOD
1. Combine all the berries in a glass serv-
ing bowl.
2. Remove the pulp from the passionfruit
and combine it with the palm sugar in a
small bowl.
3. Pour the passionfruit mixture over the
berries and stir gently to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours
to let the flavours develop.
5. Serve the berries in 4 tall glasses and top
with ice cream.
