arly in 1987 Fr Tony left and was replaced
by Fr Noel Geraghty. Later that year, Fr Noel
organised the purchase of the existing presbytery
at 2 Aquamarine Drive. The priests left Claymore
and relocated closer to the parish and school, a
more convenient location.
Parish Sacramental classes were introduced during
1988, taking the responsibility off the catechists in
the state schools and commencing theWednesday
afternoon classes in the Parish hall.
Fr Noel and Fr Vince jointly left us in early 1989
to be replaced by Fr Donal Madigan, our present
assistant Parish Priest, and Fr Aldo Malavisi.
During this time we officially became a separate
Parish – no longer attached to Campbelltown
Parish which had given us great support.
In 1992 plans were submitted for extensions to
the Presbytery. These were carried out, providing
more room for Parishmeetings. Many meetings
were held there on a regular basis.
In 2015 work was undertaken to upgrade and
modernise the presbytery and office areas.
