STUDENT ID CARD

Smile for your student identification photo! Your student identification (ID) card is an official form of

identification and can provide you with special discounts and offers in and around UTS:INSEARCH.

Our security guards can ask to see your student ID card when you enter any of our buildings. As

such, it is important that you carry your student ID with you whenever you are on the UTS:INSEARCH

or UTS campuses. You can organise a replacement card by visiting the Student Centre.

Remember to sign the back of your student ID card.

REGISTRATION AND CHECK IN

As a new student at UTS:INSEARCH, we request that you

complete your registration as a top priority. It is a compulsory

part of Orientation and we ask that you bring the following

documents to complete the registration form:

• Passport

• Birth certificate

• Current visa

A registration form was sent to you via email along with the

Orientation Week letter. Don’t forget to hand in the completed

registration form to staff members in the registration room, as this

form will be passed to our enrolment officers who will generate your timetable for the semester.

If you are unable to provide any of the above documentation during registration, please email them
